Wanted felon Henry David Jernigan was captured on Monday, April 6, 2020 during a foot chase off of Eastview Drive. Jones County Sheriff's Department deputies, investigators and narcotics agents were involved in the hours long search for Jernigan and the chase leading to his capture and arrest. He is now incarcerated at the Jones County Adult Detention Facility facing numerous charges. Sheriff Joe Berlin would like to thank the residents living on and around Eastview Drive and Wisteria Trail for providing tips and leads which were extremely helpful in the capture of this suspect.
