The State of Mississippi and the Jones County Sheriff's Department are seeking David Martin for Failure To Register As A Sex Offender. This subject was convicted of Capital Rape in Jones County Circuit Court on January 24, 1989. He was released from prison on September 9, 2020 and has failed to comply with any rules and regulations of the Sex Offender laws of the State of Mississippi. He has not made contact with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety or the Jones County Sheriff's Department despite being required to do so within three (3) days of his release from prison.

 

David Martin has now been listed on the FBI's National Crime Information Center and has an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was made aware of the rules and regulations regarding registering as a sex offender and has apparently chosen to ignore them.
