Stolen Truck Recovered, Suspect In Custody

UPDATE: Suspect Captured- Vehicle Recovered! An Alert citizen in Covington County spotted the vehicle on Thursday and alerted authorities. Covington County Sheriff's Department responded and took the suspect into custody.
The Jones County Sheriff's Department is seeking information from the public on a vehicle theft that occurred this morning (Thursday, October 15th) at approximately 1:00am at Custom Carts located at 1530 Hwy. 84 East.
A 1986 Chevrolet pickup, red in color, short wheelbase, was stolen from the business by an unknown suspect or suspects.
