If you prepared for Hurricane Sally then great job. Keep your supplies handy because we are still in the middle of hurricane season. Four tornadoes, a severe hailstorm, and a global pandemic this year have taught us that Jones County can be affected by disasters on an epic scale. We dodged a bullet this time, but prepared for the worst. A wise person once said, "If you err, then err on the side of caution." When it comes to making decisions about public safety, that's a very important point to remember.

 

We were blessed to be spared from Hurricane Sally. We may not be so fortunate next time. Plan. Prepare. Pray.
