Reported Runaway Ashley Smith LOCATED SAFE

The Jones County Sheriff's Department is seeking the whereabouts of reported runaway Ashley Smith, age 16.

Ashley Smith is described as a White female, approximately 5' 4" in height, weighing approximately 130 lbs., with brown eyes, and sandy blonde hair.

She was last seen on Friday in the Pleasant Ridge community on Sherwood Forest Road wearing a tan shirt with dark pants that had a New Orleans Saints logo on them.

Ashley Smith's runaway status has been entered on the FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC) making her status known to law enforcement agencies around the United States.
