Road Closure Notice - Portion of Lower Myrick Road

UPDATE RESCHEDULED: NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE
The Jones County EOC is requesting that local media outlets issue a public service notice concerning the following road segment closure.

WHAT: a section of Lower Myrick Rd will be closed to through traffic for a bridge repair project.

WHEN: Starting at 8am, Wednesday December 3rd, 2025, and remaining closed to through traffic until estimated project completion, on or around December 16th , if weather permits.

WHERE: Lower Myrick Rd ( between Orange Drive and Clark Cemetery Rd)
