JCSD Participates In Jones College "Agriculture Day"

JCSD Deputy Melisa Kelland (Victims' Advocate), Deputy Kelsey Breland (Victims' Advocate), Deputy Davy Keith, Deputy Ashton Husband, and Grants Administrator Lance Chancellor spoke to over 300 area high school students at Jones College on Friday, September 12th, during an agriculture event. Students in six individual groups heard from JCSD personnel for 30 minutes on law and public safety topics, asked questions, and looked at some of the gear and equipment used by deputies. Fun time with an awesome group of students many of whom are involved in FFA in their respective high schools.
