– On August 15, 2018, after numerous complaints from citizens and a lengthy investigation, the Jones County Sheriff’s Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at the 100 block of County Barn Road.  When the team arrived, they discovered eight individuals on the property, some in the main house, the rest in other structures on the property.


The individuals were identified and at least one was determined to have a current outstanding warrant.  The property was searched.  Located on the premises was assorted drug paraphernalia throughout.  Suspected methamphetamine was recovered from several different locations on the property.  Also recovered was a felony amount of marijuana, assorted opiates and amphetamine pills, scales and drug packaging material, syringes and pipes. There were also 3 firearms on the property.


During the search, it was discovered a 7 year old child lives at the residence, but was at school when the warrant was executed.  Methamphetamine was found in the room the child stayed in.


Arrested and charged were:


Diadria Pryor, 53 – Felon Possession of Marijuana, Felony Child Endangerment, Possession of Methamphetamine (grandmother of child and has custody).


Toni Herford Pryor, 27 – Possession of Methamphetamine, Felony Child Endangerment (mother of child).


Stephen “Brad” Myrick, 42 – Possession of Controlled Substance, Conspiracy to Deliver Controlled Substance.


Jody Holifield, 39 – Possession of Paraphernalia


Brandon Welborn, 30 – Possession of Methamphetamine


Tiffani Kitchens, 43 – Possession of Methamphetamine


Justin McCarty, 22 – Possession of Paraphernalia


Chassity McCarty, 31 – Possession of Paraphernalia
