The Jones County Sheriff's Department began enforcement under the National Click It Or Ticket mobilization on Monday, May 24, 2021. The enforcement campaign will run from May 24 - June 6, 2021. JCSD deputies will work overtime details during the enforcement campaign under a grant awarded by the Mississippi Office of Highway Safety. The campaign is meant to address those who are not wearing seat belts and not buckling up children in child restraint car seats.
